All our handmade paper is made to traditional methods
from the inner bark of Daphne Bush locally known as Lokta. The Daphne Bush
is found at an altitude of 6500 ft to 11000 ft. above the sea level almost
in Himalayan region of Nepal .The Bush has an unique characteristic of
regenerating in every 4 to 5 years of it's cutting. Thus it preserves the
fragile forest ecology of Nepal.
This paper is manufactured from the sustainable managed
forest. The main object we of the company is to improve the Nepalese
standard of living of rural and urban areas of low income families by
providing them more and more employment and to preserve traditional paper
making technique handed down by generations of family artisans.

The paper is fine textured, strong warm resistance and
durable. Tough but attractive edge of the paper sheet is a main feature of
this handmade paper. In the ancient times the paper is used for writing
the 'Mantra , 'Sutra' and Buddhist epics but in the present days the paper
is also used for making standard Gift Items. Because of all these features
handmade paper is praised and appreciated by all the users of these
